简介
上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院，消化内科，医学博士，主任医师，研究生导师。研究方向为消化道肿瘤及其癌前病变发病机制研究与分子核医学研究。擅长消化道肿瘤内窥镜诊断和胃肠道肿瘤、慢性胃炎、胃食管反流病、功能性消化不良、消化性溃疡、炎症性肠病等诊疗以及PET/CT、CT、MR等影像诊断。近几年一直致力于Rab25基因与胃癌关系的研究，尤其在Rab25与胃癌糖酵解关系的研究中做了大量的预实验（包括胃癌细胞水平和胃癌组织水平）。Rab25启动子调控获得了显著的成果，首次明确了人类Rab25基因的启动子在基因组中的位置，率先提出PKA调节人胃癌细胞（AGS）Rab25基因表达的机制，研究成果全文发表在Int J Biochem Cell Biol 杂志上，得到国外同行的高度评价。2006年至今在国家核心期刊发表论著9篇；2009年至今在SCI收录的国际期刊上发表论著15篇，总影响因子50分以上。其中一篇论文Interleukin-1B and interleukin-1 RN polymorphisms and gastric carcinoma risk: a meta-analysis 已被引用64次。 EI收录的1篇。2006年-2008年完成上海交通大学医学院科技基金项目《胃癌细胞周期蛋白E2基因的表达》的研究。2011年6月-2013年6月负责国家临床重点专科（消化内科）子课题《非编码RNAs（miRNAs和lncRNAs）调控胃癌细胞Rab25基因表达机制的研究》，2014年获得上海市科委自然科学基金项目资助《Rab25调控胃癌细胞糖酵解相关通路的作用机制的研究》(14ZR1425100)。目前被聘为World Journal of Meta-analysis和GI Tumor等SCI杂志编委，多次担任PLoS ONE、Cytokines、DNA and Cell Biology、Tumor Biology、Journal of Cancer Research and Clinical Oncology 等SCI杂志的同行评议审稿员。2014年 “国家科技专家库”信息登记（https://expert.most.cn）。10余年来至今一直担任七年制和八年制（4+4和一贯制）诊断学、内科学、PBL、消化系统整合课等系列理论课教学任务，每年大课授课约30学时。2010年中华医学会医学教育分会立项课题2012年结题并获得三等奖。2005年度《构建“以生为本”诊断学双语教学新模式》获得上海市级教学成果二等奖暨上海交通大学医学院教学成果奖二等奖（第一负责人），2006年《诊断学教学中学生综合能力的培养》获得上海交通大学教学成果奖二等奖（第一负责人）。先后负责国家级教学课题1项、中华医学会教育分会教学课题1项、市级教学课题2项、校级教学课题2项、医学院教学课题6项、临床医学院教学课题2项。PEER-REVIEWED PUBLISHED PAPERS IN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS1.
