简介
陈伟良，中山大学二级教授，一级主任医师， 博士生导师，国家重点临床专科（口腔颌面外科）学科带头人，中山大学颅颌面外科中心主任，中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院(附属第二医院)口腔科主任。广东省医学会颌面-头颈外科学分会主任委员。国际口腔颌面外科协会会员和国际口腔癌协会会员。1983年中山医科大学口腔医学系毕业，1987年中山医科大学高级英语班培训，1998年美国加州大学（UCLA）客座教授, 在美研修口腔颌面外科，2003年在澳大利亚皇家儿童医院研修颅颌面外科，2005年中山大学岭南（大学）学院高级工商管理班毕业，获h-EMBA学位。自1983年中山医科大学口腔医学系毕业以来一直在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院（附属第二医院）口腔颌面外科从事医疗、教学和科研工作。1990年晋升为讲师，主治医师；1995年破格晋升为副主任医师，1996年转评为副教授，硕士研究生导师；2000年晋升教授，主任医师。1994年至1997年任口腔科副主任，1997年至2000年任口腔科主任，2001年至2003年任中山大学颅颌面外科中心副主任兼中山二院南院副院长。2005年至2007年任中山大学颅颌面外科中心副主任兼附属第二医院口腔颌面外科主任。2007年竟聘上三级教授，2008年至今任中山大学颅颌面外科中心主任兼孙逸仙纪念医院口腔科主任，博士研究生导师。2011年作为口腔颌面外科学科带头人，主持申报国家重点临床专科（口腔颌面外科）获得成功，并带领口腔颌面外科团队开展工作。2012年，经国家卫计委严格审定并批准，主持第三类医疗技术-口腔颌面部肿瘤颅颌联合根治术和颅颌面畸形矫治术。2014年竟聘上二级教授，一级主任医师。对口腔颅颌面-头颈部良性（如颌骨囊肿，鳃裂囊肿，腮腺混合瘤，成釉细胞瘤等）和恶性肿瘤（舌癌，牙龈癌，颊癌，腭癌，舌根癌等口腔口咽癌和颌面颌骨肉瘤）在分子水平方面作深入的研究。对良恶性肿瘤手术治疗，软硬组织缺损修复以及中晚期口腔癌化学治疗、基因靶向治疗和免疫治疗等综合治疗；口腔颌面部脉管疾病-血管瘤，淋巴管瘤，脉管畸形的基础研究。治疗包括手术、超选择性栓塞、放射、硬化、核素和冷冻等综合治疗；口腔颌面部外伤骨折救治；口腔颌面部感染的治疗；口腔颌面部先天（唇腭裂和颌骨畸形）后天畸形（外伤疤痕和缺损）整复；颌骨前突或后缩畸形整复和口腔颅颌面痛症和神经精神疾病的诊断和治疗等有较深造诣。近年来，大力开展了内窥镜微创治疗颅底咽旁肿瘤以及侵犯颈动脉晚期头颈肿瘤和颈动脉体瘤治疗，取得理想疗效。国家重点临床专科（口腔颌面外科）学科带头人，发表学术论文100多篇，其中97篇被SCI收录，国际会议交流14篇。《舌癌根治术后病者生存率和生存质量评估》2003年获广东省人民政府科技成果三等奖；《口腔颌面头颈部大型组织缺损修复的系列研究》2007年获广东省人民政府科技成果二等奖；2003年（澳大利亚墨尔本）和2005 年（希腊雅典）获国际口腔癌协会颁发的优秀奖。2006年5月在意大利举行的国际口腔癌会议上成为学术组成员。 《口腔颌面部肿瘤颅颌联合根治术与颅面缺损的修复与重建》和《侵犯颈动脉、颅底复发性头颈恶性肿瘤的挽救性手术与缺损修复》分别获我院2012年 度和2016年度医疗新技术二等奖。《舌癌根治术病者预后的评估》和《口腔颌面部血管瘤-脉管疾病综合治疗》分别获得2002年和2014年广东省人民政府科技成果三等奖。主持国家及省部级科研课题15项，资助金额200多万元。国际著名杂志Cancer, Cancer Biomarkers, Head & Neck，International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Oncology, World Journal of Surgical Oncology，Journal of Oral Pathology and Medicine, European Surgical Research, Clinical Anatomy, Saudi Medical Journal, European Surgical Research, International Journal of Otolaryngology, International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, Journal of Pediatric Surgery，Annals of Medical and Health Sciences Research, Indian Journal of Dental Research, Open Journal of Stomatology和中华医学杂志, Chinese Journal of Dental Research，中山大学学报（医科版）和中国口腔颌面外科杂志等国内外著名杂志的审稿专家，以及2011年版《中文核心期刊要目总览》评审专家。现任中国口腔颌面外科杂志和中国实用口腔科杂志编委。1994年香港国际唇腭裂会议作学术报告，2003年澳大利亚墨尔本国际口腔癌学术会议作学术报告，2005年希腊雅典国际口腔癌学术会议作学术报告，2005年赴美国加州大学伯克利分校、洛杉矶分校和斯坦福大学调研医药卫生管理及学术流，2007年荷兰阿姆斯特丹第一届世界口腔肿瘤大会作学术报告，2009年5月参加上海第19届国际口腔颌面外科大会作学术报告和主持分会场学术活动，2009年7月参加在加拿大大多伦多举行的第二届世界口腔肿瘤大会并作学术报告。2003年～2016年主持国家级继续教育项目—《口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤预防和综合治疗高级研修班》，1998年至2013年指导口腔颌面外科硕士研究生30多名，指导博士后和博士生20多名主持国家及省部级科研课题15项，资助金额200多万元。其中包括：：2014年广东省科技计划项目—氧化氮合酶在普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤中的作用机制研究；2011年国家自然科学基金课题—iNOS/ NO在癌相关成纤维细胞促进舌鳞癌侵袭转移中的作用机制研究；2011年广东省自然科学基金课题—癌相关成纤维细胞激活一氧化氮合酶信号促进舌鳞癌侵袭转移的作用机制研究和2011年广州市科技计划项目—叶酸预防维甲酸诱导的小鼠腭裂的基因表达谱的的研究。陈伟良近几年发表的SCI论文题录92.
